Digital Assessment
On arrival at Eastern Suburbs Panel & Paint the damage to your vehicle will be assessed and where necessary digitally photographed.

Claim Finalised
We next send details and photos of your vehicle’s damage to your insurers vehicle solutions team. They will liaise with us on the best repair method or solution for your claim.

Repair Method Confirmed
Once a repair method has been established an insurance representative or a service member of Eastern Suburbs Panel & Paint will contact you. In most cases this will occur within 48 hours of bringing your vehicle to our workshop.

Repair Time Arranged
A member of our team will contact you to organise a convenient time for your vehicle to be repaired. We will advise you of the estimated time it will take to complete the repair. At any time in the process we can arrange the use of a courtesy car for your convenience.

Repairs Carried Out
If at any point during the repair process the estimated completion time is likely to change a service member of Eastern Suburbs Panel & Paint will contact you to explain why and a new completion time will be arranged.

Pre-delivery Quality Check
Eastern Suburbs Panel & Paint will complete a pre-delivery check to ensure the best quality workmanship has been carried out before your vehicle is made available to you. Our mission is to deliver your car to you as soon as we can, in pristine condition.

Your Car Available
Eastern Suburbs Panel & Paint will contact you as soon as your vehicle is available to be collected. Please be ready to pay your excess if required when you pick up your vehicle.
